The John Lewis Partnership is the UK’s largest employee owned business. What started as an experiment in industrial democracy by Founder, John Spedan Lewis, has grown into one of the high street’s most famous retailers. 

The Partnership operates differently from other business, the team are more than employees, they are owners. That’s why they are called Partners. 

John Lewis tasked Chrisco Productions with transforming their annual celebration into a Hollywood themed extravaganza.


400 Partners from across the business were in attendance at the Party hosted at the Odney Club, John Lewis’ Private Members Club. 

Chrisco Productions took care of every detail, transforming the Odney Club into a show-stopping venue that any Hollywood star would be delighted to visit. 

From the moment guests arrived at the venue, they were treated to the ultimate Hollywood VIP experience. We literally rolled out the red carpet, giving guests the chance to feel like a star as they posed with life-sized celebrity cut-outs provided by Chrisco Productions. 

Our team went all out with full staging, DJ booth as well as custom black LED dance floor. The venue was fully draped with LED star cloth throughout, giving a real night in the stars effect.

The Chrisco team worked hard to create the perfect ambiance dotting LED furniture around the room and using customised up lighting units to curate the perfect backdrop to a night in the stars.

The stage was set for a night to remember with a high definition video wall and screens on stage to display custom graphics and highlight the stars of the night – the Partners. 

When the dancefloor wasn’t packed with revellers enjoying the soundtrack set by out DJ, guests were making the most of our Selfie Mirror and Traditional Photo Booths. 

We created fully customised experiences that reflected the Partnership’s colours and branding. We created custom props that brought the fun to life and gave users an amazing experience. 


Chrisco Productions successfully delivered a full event service for the John Lewis Partnership’s guests, leaving them feeling like the ultimate VIPS. 

The Hollywood themed party was a complete success with a packed dancefloor, perfect mood music and picture-perfect souvenirs from our photo experiences. 

Partners created hundreds of branded selfies that were printed on site and shared digitally via email, text and Instagram.
